Return Policy
1. 3 days written policy from delivery date
2. Reverse logistic (informing the delivery company to arrange the pick up)
3. Parcel collecting men should verify the product
4. Parcel reaching a destination
5. QC
6. If defective product should go to the defective lot
7. If stitching issue should go to the Alteration
8. If no issue should be re-packed and go in stock room
9. The amount should be refunded to the customer in 7 days
10. Once the parcel is received the refund will be initiated another 7 days
